Travel memoirs

Create lasting artworks of our travels

Oftentimes, a few weeks after a holiday, we’ve forgotten all the cool stuff we did and saw. We could look back on the photos, but you lose many of the little details that charmed you at the time. To counteract this, I decided to start keeping travel journals, which are then turned into travel memoirs which I can print and keep as coffee table books.

Figuring out how to use the gradient mesh Having heard a lot about the gradient tool in Illustrator I decided to give it a shot. It’s a tricky tool and very challenging to use, but with a little patience, it gave great results. Ultimately I see this tool coming in handy in the future. Messing around with the gradient mesh tool in Illustrator proved to be very fruitful.
